After Long negotiations Lutfi SDC is pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) to conduct public and in house HR training and grant HR certificates that are fully accredited by the CIPD, The certificates are:

1. CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice (CHRP)

This certificate covers the following key areas:

• Developing yourself as an effective human resources practitioner
• Understanding organisations and the role of human resources
• Resourcing talent
• Performance & reward management
• Supporting good practice in employment relations
• Making the most of yourself and your HR function


2. CIPD Certificate in Learning & Development Practice (CLDP)

This certificate covers the following key areas:

• Undertaking a learning needs analysis
• Developing coaching skills for the workplace
• Evaluating learning & development activities
• Preparing and designing learning & development activities
• Delivering learning & development activities
• Making the most of yourself and your learning & development function
