Creative& Innovative Problem Solving

Introduction:

Problem solving is an ongoing process that is an integral part of everyday life either at home or at work.
Problem solving is a tool, a skill and a process. It is a tool because it can help you solve an immediate problem or to achieve a goal. It is a skill because once you have learnt it you can use it repeatedly, like the ability to ride a bicycle, add numbers or speak a language. It is also a process because it involves taking a number of steps. A problem must first be felt, understood, and alternative choices created before effective groups can consider its solution, implement the decision, and evaluate how well the solution is working.
